A
Message from the President:
The Board joins me in wishing
all the members of our community (including our pets) a Healthy, Happy
and Safe Holiday Season.
In a continuing effort to keep
our residents safe, PLEASE OBSERVE THE SPEED LIMIT OF 15 MPH in the
community. There are children and residents that walk our streets and
with sunlight waning early, it is particularly important that you keep this in
mind. We don't want a tragedy.
A Patio/Deck contest is
on. Hopefully you will enjoy the lights and participate. This is
being conducted by the Social Committee and does not involve the seated Board
of Trustees.
We are about to embark on
another winter season and with any luck from Mother Nature it will be bearable.
Please keep in mind that we have
a new Snow Contractor on
board. They have reviewed the property and staked out specific areas to
insure that the best possible job is done to keep our community safe and
mobile. Please use your common sense during the storms and be keenly
aware of ice and snow mounds. With your help we will make it through this
season without missing a step.
Some residents have approached
me or called me concerning the increase in dues. Please understand that
in order to keep our FHA funding it is imperative to maintain reserves in good
standing. The majority of the increase was allocated to Reserves to
insure renewal in July 2012. Please send any of your questions regarding
specifics of the budget to Linda Kadel who will submit them to the Board and
our Treasurer.
Best wishes for a holiday
season.
