The Garret Heights Board of Trustees is the elected governing body of our community. The board consists of five members who share the responsibility of establishing budgets, collecting fees and enforcing restrictions. The board is also responsible for buildings and grounds maintenance, and conducting meetings of the membership. The boards role is to oversee the activities of management, contractors and establish policy regarding the governance and operation of the association. Members of the board are expected to meet with management and/or the membership on a monthly basis.
