SNOW REMOVAL PROCEDURE:

  • During the storm, the plows will be maintaining the main roads  and sweeping through the lots

DO NOT PARK ON THE MAIN ROADS--THEY MUST BE KEPT CLEAR FOR EMERGENCY VEHICLES

  • Once the storm has ended, plows will circulate from lot to lot clearing areas not occupied by vehicles.

At that time, please move your vehicle to an already cleared space, so that the remaining areas of the lot may be cleared.

  • Plows will continue to rotate among the lots until they are cleared.

  • PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE BUCKETS FROM YOUR STEP AREA.

Replace lids tightly to prevent moisture from ruining the remaining salt.

  • For safety-  Powerful equipment is on site- please do not approach the plows- the driver cannot hear you and there may be limited visibility.

Reminder- It is your responsibility to clear your deck.

To avoid being responsible for a slip / fall accident, please do not throw your snow onto the cleaned sidewalk area.
