All
residents must register their vehicles with the management office. Upon
registration you will be given a parking decal which should be
displayed on the back of your rear view mirror. You may register two
vehicles for no cost. Additional vehicles will be charged a fee.
- As
a courtesy, please park nose-in. The homeowners on the ground floor
are appreciative of not having fumes spilling into their homes.
- The yellow-lined parking spaces are designated for visitors. If you have visitors, please ask them to park in the yellow spaces.
- The speed limit within our community is 15 MPH and is enforced by the Paterson Police Department.
- We do not allow commercial vehicles, trailers, or campers to be parked overnight on-site.
- If you are having repairs or renovation work done to your unit, the vendors may only be on-site during daylight hours.
