Satellite dishes are permitted in our community, but must comply with the following rules:
All cable wires must be gray in color.
No cable wires are to be visible once installed.
Nothing is to be attached to any portions of the roof, siding, or to any other residents property.
Satellite
dishes may be installed either on the unit owners deck deck railing or
attached around the wood trim on the window frame.
Please
be advised that if any item is attached to the roof, it will void the
warranty Garret Heights currently has on the roof. Therefore, making the
violator responsible for any roof problems or repairs that may occur
during the life of the roof.
Prior to installation of your satellite service, please forward to the management office copies of the following:
Certificate of insurance from the company undertaking the installation.
A letter from the unit owner stating where the dish will be installed.
Signed satellite dish regulation form.
Signed satellite dish signature page for resolution #S-99.
